Amir Rassouli
The question Amir Rassouli is known for asking — across companies, industries, and decades — is four words: “Have you ever considered?” It is the entry point to how he thinks.
He built Intellicyte on a diagnosis formed over 25 years of leading commercial organizations: mid-market companies between $25M and $250M have the ambition to scale but rarely have access to the diagnostic rigor and embedded execution capability that separates strategic intent from actual results. Intellicyte exists to close that gap.
Before founding the firm, Amir held senior leadership roles across technology, telecommunications, and services. At Verizon Wireless he restructured a $200M all-segment regional organization and reached No. 1 Area Ranking in five months. At T-Mobile he built an SMB organization that grew to $300M in value and became one of the most profitable regions nationwide. As CRO at Purple Communications, a Video Relay Service for the deaf and hard of hearing, he grew annual revenue from $40M to $120M while leading a 500-person national Deaf team. At BrightView, the largest publicly traded commercial landscaping company, he turned the West Region into the company’s No. 1 region in six months.
Across each role he has been an innovator inside large organizations, designing processes and structures later adopted companywide. His results, regardless of industry, have not been a fluke. They have been by repeatable design.
