About Intellicyte

Operators, Not Consultants.

We were built by people who have been on your side of the table — and stayed there. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis, not a pitch. And it ends when the results are real, not when the contract term is up.

Our Vision

"A world where mid-market companies get the same caliber of partnership as enterprises, and the people who deliver it own a real piece of what they build."

Our Mission

"Intellicyte exists to give mid-market companies the embedded, diagnosis-first growth partnership that has only ever been available to the enterprise. We find the real constraint behind stalled growth, align leadership around one strategy, and stay embedded until the results are measurable."

Founder's Story

Thirty Years in Sales Without Ever Selling.

That's not a contradiction, it's the philosophy. Early in his career, Amir made a decision that shaped everything that followed: treat every client the way he'd want to be treated, which meant asking what was actually keeping them up at night instead of pitching whatever he'd been sent in to sell. Most competitors walked in with a solution and looked for a problem to attach it to. Amir walked in with questions, and let the real problem surface on its own. Clients stopped seeing him as a vendor and started treating him as the person they called before they called anyone else.

That approach worked because it was honest. It also exposed something Amir kept running into across decades at T-Mobile, Verizon, and a string of advisory roles: most organizations, and most consulting relationships, have a conflict of interest built into the structure. A firm gets paid whether the client actually improves or not. An employee with the clearest view of what's broken often has the least power to fix it. Incentives point up, toward leadership and shareholders, instead of toward the people the work is supposed to serve.

In 2025, that pattern came into focus. Amir had advised dozens of consultants, including a close colleague who'd built a firm that couldn't scale, because the model trapped him in delivery instead of growth. Watching that play out alongside everything he'd learned, Amir reached a conclusion: the standard consulting model doesn't fail because the people in it lack talent. It fails because it isn't built to align everyone toward the same outcome.

So he built something else.

Intellicyte doesn't hand over a deck and leave. And the people doing the work aren't hired hands — they're owner-operators with real equity, because a firm that wants its clients to win first has to be built by people whose own success depends on the same thing.

That's also why Intellicyte's approach to AI looks different from most. Amir doesn't walk into a company to help it cut headcount. He walks in to help it grow the right people into the right roles, with AI as leverage, not a replacement for judgment. Reducing the workforce because no one diagnosed the actual constraint isn't a strategy. It's what happens when a company skips the diagnosis.

This level of partnership shouldn't require an enterprise budget. That's the gap Intellicyte was built to close.
